On Saturday we flew to Doha, Qatar--one of us on business, one for pleasure.
Emirates airlines in-seat entertainment system, ICE. The flight was only 45 minutes but with ground time on each end, I almost saw all of
Amazing Grace.

Sheraton Doha was a beautiful resort on the sea. While T. was at work I spent the days in a lounge chair by the pool. Actually, with air temps of 44 C (111 F). I spent most of the time in the pool which was "chilled" to a refreshing 29 C (84 F).
The hotel grounds had a bird aviary with lots of little parrots and parakeets.
