It’s just like snow here! According to the article above, there were 50 "minor accidents" and 8 people were "slightly injured" driving in the rain. Of course in Dubai, we have 50 accidents on a good morning commute.
Apparently it rained while we were in Paris. It is raining here today - again - rained yesterday afternoon too. Everything is thoroughly wet, however, since there is so much dust in the air and the rain hasn't been a gully washer, it is kind of like muddy water comes down from the sky. Probably not true but since it doesn't come hard enough to wash things off it makes things seem really dirty.
