Tokyo Toilets

Re: Travel

I'm in Japan now. Love my hotel. They even have one of those space age toilets with all the buttons/dials, etc. The toilet is quite something. Households with children should not have one-- possibility for extreme messes by the unwatched is too high. BUT, we might have to have one in our next house...

The flight on Emirates was interesting. They have more movies, music, etc in business than I've ever seen - but then I haven't been flying like this for a while. Business was Business LITE with Asian sized business class seats. First had their own compartments.

I think I'm 13 hours ahead of you now. I've got internet in my room for about $10 per day so I'll write more later.

Editors note: Intrigued that the first (and only) email from Japan praised the toilets, I Googled for Japan hotel toilet technology. To my surprise, toilets ARE a subject worthy of web reports and blogs.
I found an article by Jessica Hampton, from the travelers perspective, and another on the business side of doing your business.
